The Chorley outdoor canopy/ shelter

An exciting range of canopies which offer an extremely cost effective way of utilising your outdoor space.

Available in a choice of sizes -various lengths .

Width range from 2.0m through to 7.0m.

Available in choice of our standard RAL colours to suit your environment.

Canopies and walkways are made from box section steel and are available in either galvanised or painted finish.

Cladding
Translucent Flame retardant PVC material, or polycarbonate sheet in both multi wall and rigid. Coloured cladding options are available on request.Both fabric and polycarbonate coverings reduce UV transmission by at least 95% and meet European regulations for Fire performance.

Guttering
In either steel or UPVC guttering supplied with downspouts to terminate at ground level.
Fondations- these can be either base plates directly attached to concrete pockets or we can provide you with an option for providing suitable foundations.

Installation
All canopies walkways and shelters are erected by our own fully trained staff, working to documented Health and safety procedures fully CHAS and safe Contractor compliant.In addition we provide a full groundworks service to transform any area into a suitable base for your canopy or shelter.

We recommend you contact your local planning authority to ascertain whether or not planning permission is required. If so we will gladly provide you with all the relevant planning drawings and assistance you require.

Covered walkway, with or without side cladding, to link industrial premises, school or administrative buildings
and to shelter pedestrian areas from inclement weather.

Structure
A sturdy unit. Framework comprising steel 80 x 80mm uprights, mounted on base plates. Upper part includes a U section to accommodate the roof.

2 versions: Basic 2500mm unit or a version with extension module.

Roof
The roof framework features two aluminium tubular crossbeams and two aluminium rainwater gutters that are fixed to built-in U-sections of uprights.

Cladding
All cladding is optional. Side cladding is delivered in two parts. Aluminium profile frame, 10mm translucent anti-UV cellular polycarbonate glazing.

Finish and assembly
Painted, galvanised steel. Available in our RAL colours. Assembly instructions supplied. Installation on base plates and expansion plugs supplied. Full installation service available.
