TECHNICAL INFORMATION AND SPECIFICATION

Structure
Square posts made of steel tube: 80 x 80mm on base plates.

Roof
The frame comprises of 3 curved aluminium profile arcs, two aluminium crossbeams 40 x 60 and two aluminium profile rainwater gutters.
The canopy made of 10mm translucent anti-UV cellular polycarbonate glazing. The canopy is inserted in the two gutters and between the arcs.

Side cladding and back cladding
Shatter-resistant toughened 8mm safety glass, with EC safety standard etching on the glass. Fixed by cast aluminium clamping device making for easy replacement of the safety glass panels in the event of vandalism.

Advertising & Information display
A side cladding panel may be replaced by a double sided poster case.

• Double-sided poster case model 2000 (non-illuminated)
2000 Poster cases are manufactured in 75mm profile aluminium featuring cast aluminium corners and zinc electro plated steel backboard. The doors have 2 tamper proof locks, wear-resistant and warp-proof integrated hinges which create a double watertight seal with the frame. For ease of use they have raising doors on gas struts, which enable the replacement of the door in the event of vandalism without having to remove the poster display case. The glazing is 4mm tempered shatterproof glass.
Poster dimensions being: H 1760 x W 1210mm.

• Light box
Different from a poster case a light box has internal partitions to which the posters are attached at 20 mm from the glazing and back lighting.
Light boxes are manufactured in 150mm profile aluminium with cast aluminium corners. The doors have 2 tamper proof locks, wear-resistant and warp-proof integrated hinges which create a double watertight seal with the frame. For ease of use they have raising doors on gas struts, which enable the replacement of the door in the event of vandalism without having to remove the light box. The glazing is 4mm tempered shatterproof glass. Partitions are in 3mm white light diffusing polycarbonate. EC approved lighting by 58W florescent tubes with ballast (factory installation).

Timetable notice board
All the PROCITY Bus Shelters are supplied with a timetable notice board. Silver anodised 30mm profile aluminium with zinc electro plated steel backboard. The doors have a tamper proof lock, wear-resistant and warp-proof integrated hinges which create a double watertight seal with the frame. Shock and UV resistant plexichoc glazing.
H 75 x W 55mm. Fixings supplied.

The Chorley outdoor canopy/ shelter

An exciting range of canopies which offer an extremely cost effective way of utilising your outdoor space.

Freestanding canopies which can be used for multiple options.

Canopies and walkways are made from box section steel and are available in either galvanised or painted finish.

Cladding
Translucent Flame retardant PVC material, or polycarbonate sheet in both multi wall and rigid. Coloured cladding options are available on request.Both fabric and polycarbonate coverings reduce UV transmission by at least 95% and meet European regulations for Fire performance.

Guttering
In either steel or UPVC guttering supplied with downspouts to terminate at ground level.
Fondations- these can be either base plates directly attached to concrete pockets or we can provide you with an option for providing suitable foundations.

Installation
All canopies walkways and shelters are erected by our own fully trained staff, working to documented Health and safety procedures fully CHAS and safe Contractor compliant.In addition we provide a full groundworks service to transform any area into a suitable base for your canopy or shelter.

We recommend you contact your local planning authority to ascertain whether or not planning permission is required. If so we will gladly provide you with all the relevant planning drawings and assistance you require.

Structure
A sturdy unit. Framework comprising steel 80 x 80mm uprights, mounted on base plates. Upper part includes a U section to accommodate the roof.

2 versions: Basic 2500mm unit or a version with extension module.

The roof framework features two aluminium tubular crossbeams and two aluminium rainwater gutters that are fixed to built-in U-sections of uprights.

Cladding
All cladding is optional. Side cladding is delivered in two parts. Aluminium profile frame, 10mm translucent anti-UV cellular polycarbonate glazing.

Finish and assembly
Painted, galvanised steel. Available in our RAL colours. Assembly instructions supplied. Installation on base plates and expansion plugs supplied. Full installation service available.
